I hail from the North - Cleveland and Youngstown, Ohio and moved South in 1998 as I felt the need to be in a warmer climate. For my 30th birthday I decided that I would take ceramics as a gift to myself and I haven't stopped playing with clay since.

I enjoy the creative process and how pieces emerge from their original intent. Basically playing with clay is fun! Each piece is hand built (meaning that I do not use the wheel), functional, and unique. My contemporary ceramic art is colorful and kitschy, with a bit of fun and funk put in for a whimsical flavor. The art is made to be used and enjoyed every day.
